As part of DeForest's $125 million referendum, the newly renovated DeForest Middle School serves grades 7-8 with more functional and flexible learning environments. The interior concept of "dynamic light" highlights improved visibility between spaces to enhance human connection and community. 10 colorful, abstract wall graphics illustrate light filtering into the environment in vestibules, corridors, the gymnasium, and fitness center.
